Two year agreement with Matador expires

An agreement that Matador Records would manufacture and distribute a select number of Teen-Beat titles. Titles were selected by Teen-Beat.

At the time, Matador had it's own agreement with WEA Distribution (Warner Brothers, Elektra, Atlantic) and all Matador product was at the time manufactured by the WEA-owned Specialty Records in Olyphant, Pennsylvannia.
